1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Virtual Currency" refers to virtual coins, credits, or tokens used within the Platform that have no monetary value
• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform
• "Entertainment Only" means services provided solely for recreational purposes without real money gambling

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose
• Warranties regarding Platform availability, reliability, or functionality
• Warranties that Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of content

Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, voltheristemple and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, which is zero since our Platform is completely free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless voltheristemple and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any virtual currency associated with your account will be forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Platform operates in compliance with the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003 as an entertainment service distinct from gambling operations.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Auckland, New Zealand.

14. Dispute Resolution

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and voltheristemple regarding Platform use and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
